The traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) program at XiamenUniversity(XMU) aims tocultivate skilled, competent, and compassionate TCM practitioners who can apply problem-solving techniques and evidence-based knowledge in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of their patients as well as inteachingandresearch.At present,the school has a TCMSimulationLearningandTrainingCentre, a Chinese HerbalProcessingLaboratory, XMUMHerbal Garden, and more than 30 clinical training bases.

Entry Requirements :

STPM (Science Stream)

  • CGPA of 2.5 out of 4.0
  • Grade C (GP 2.0) in any 2 Science subjects

STPM (Non-Science Stream)

  • CGPA of 2.5 out of 4.0
  • Grade C (GP 2.0) in any 2 subjects
  • Credit in any 2 Science subjects and Mathematics in SPM or equivalent

A-LEVEL

  • Grade C in any 2 Science subjects

UEC

  • Grade B in 5 subjects, including 2 Science subjects

Foundation/Matriculation/Program Asasi

  • CGPA of 2.5 out of 4.0
  • Passes in 2 Science subjects and Mathematics at SPM level

Diploma

  • CGPA of 2.5 out of 4.0 in relevant field
  • Or Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine with CGPA 2.0 out of 4.0 and 2 years of relevant experience
  • Or Diploma from recognized institutions with CGPA 2.5 out of 4.0
