The Foundation in Science (Pharmaceutical Sciences) Program at UCSI University Malaysia is designed to seamlessly prepare students for the Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons) course. Entry Requirements

• SPM / O-Levels:
  Minimum requirement: 5B in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics (or Additional Mathematics), and one additional course at the School Certificate level or its equivalent.
• WAEC / NECO:
  Minimum requirement: B grades in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and Mathematics.
• SAM:
  Minimum requirement: Overall average of 65%, including 14B in Chemistry, 13B in Mathematics, and 13B in either Biology or Physics.
• CPU / MUFY:
  Minimum requirement: Overall average of 65%, including 65% in Chemistry, 60% in Mathematics, and 60% in either Biology or Physics.
• Other Year 11 Equivalent / HSC and Other Year 12 Equivalent:
  Minimum requirement: 65% in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and Mathematics.
