The Master of Art, Design, and Creative Media programme immerses students in a rich and dynamic investigation of artistic expression, design innovation, and multimedia production. Students learn about visual arts, design theory, and digital media production through theoretical research, hands-on experience, and collaborative projects. They learn traditional and digital art forms, graphic design, animation, film production, and interactive media design thanks to excellent facilities and experienced coaching. Graduates emerge as flexible artists, designers, and media professionals capable of excelling in a wide range of creative industries, including advertising, cinema, game design, and digital marketing.

Entry Requirements

 

Academic Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) or equivalent with minimum CGPA of 2.75 in the relevant field, as accepted by the HEP’s Senate;
Or
  • Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) or equivalent with at least CGPA of 2.50 in the relevant field and has not achieved CGPA 2.75, can be accepted to rigorous internal assessment;
Or
  • Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) or equivalent with CGPA of less than 2.50 in the relevant field and and a minimum of five (5) years working experience in the relevant field;
Or
  • Other relevant equivalent qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government.
And
  • Pass an interview or submission of portfolio determined by De Institute of Creative Arts and Design, UCSI University as required.
