Sunway Foundation Programme - Foundation in Science and Technology (FIST) programme at Sunway University provides a solid foundation in science and technology for students who aspire to pursue further studies in related fields at the university level. With a balanced assessment approach and flexible intake options, it caters to students with diverse academic backgrounds and interests in the sciences.

Entry Requirements:
Passed SPM, O-Level or equivalent with minimum five (5) credits including Mathematics and two (2) Science subjects.

Programme Structure

  • 3 semesters of 14-week duration each
  • 4 Core and 3 Enrichment Units are COMPULSORY
  • 6 Academic Electives are COMPULSORY

* This subject is highly recommended for all stream of studies. 
** Note: Completion of prerequisite is needed before pursuing this subject. Please consult programme advisors.
