The Bachelor in Mechatronic Engineering (Hons) program at Nottingham University Malaysia prepares students to work as professional mechatronic engineers. The program focuses on practical knowledge and skills in examining and programming mechatronic systems, including instrumentation, measurement, control of hydraulic and electrical systems, and robotics concepts. By specializing in mechatronic engineering, students explore new technologies in automation and robotics for tasks in hazardous environments and precise positioning, benefiting health, safety, society, and the economy.

Future Careers 

Industrial training is compulsory for MEng students in the Mechatronic Engineering program at Nottingham University Malaysia. It takes place during the summer vacation following the second year and lasts for at least 12 consecutive weeks in the same company or institution. BEng students are not required to participate but are encouraged to do so as it offers valuable career prospects.
