The BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science program at Nottingham University Malaysia is a three-year degree that offers a comprehensive education in the field. Students study core modules from various departments and schools, including the School of Biomedical Sciences, the School of Pharmacy, and the School of Biosciences. They also have the option to take additional modules from different areas within the Faculty of Science and Engineering.During the first year, students gain a broad understanding of biomedical science, focusing on key systems and pathways in the human body and their relation to diseases. In the second year, the emphasis shifts to scientific research techniques, including modules on drug usage and mechanisms of action. This is followed by a 12-week summer placement to gain practical experience.
