The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program is offered within the Faculty of Management. Our comprehensive research program is designed to equip participants with the advanced skills and knowledge necessary to conduct rigorous research in their area of specialization. Fields of study include accounting, auditing, business, banking, corporate governance, economics, finance, human resources, information technology management, marketing, organizational behavior, quantitative finance, taxation, and more. Throughout the program, students will receive guidance and mentorship from active and esteemed researchers, ensuring high-quality supervision and support. Additionally, access to top-notch research facilities further facilitates the pursuit of academic excellence, ultimately leading to success as a researcher in the field of business administration.

Entry Requirements

• A Master’s degree (Level 7, MQF) in related fields as accepted by the HEP Senate; OR
• A Master’s degree (Level 7, MQF) in non-related fields as accepted by the HEP Senate, subject to having relevant working experience and rigorous internal assessment; OR
• A Master’s degree (Level 7, MQF) in non-related fields as accepted by the HEP Senate and without relevant working experience, subject to passing pre-requisite courses; OR
• Other qualifications equivalent to a Master’s degree (Level 7, MQF) in the field or related fields recognised by the Government of Malaysia.
