The program's goal is to assist practicing teachers and those aspiring to become teachers in responding to concerns and professional demands in their own workplace in an educated and principled manner. The form of training is therefore designed to promote learner autonomy while maintaining features of frequent yet flexible engagement, customized to the unique demands of instructors in professional development.
